The front desk staff, especially Ashley on duty, provided outstanding customer service, ensuring our check-in was smooth and pleasant. the room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking the courtyard pool. the hotel's location, nestled on the front edge of Craft Farms Coastal Golf Resort, was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like Bon Secour Bay and the Track family amusement park. The re-designed lobby was a welcoming space to relax and catch up, with flexible workstations and a digital information board. the on-site restaurant, the Bistro, offered delicious American cuisine with a variety of specialty cocktails. We thoroughly enjoyed the refreshing breakfast options in the morning and the dinner choices in the evening. the staff's commitment to hospitality truly shone through, making us feel valued as guests. Despite a minor issue with the pool cleanliness, the proximity to the beautiful beaches more than made up for it. In conclusion, Courtyard Gulf Shores Craft Farms is a fantastic choice for travelers looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Gulf Shores.
